• You have the right to be forgotten and can ask us to delete the information we hold on you

We may need to request information from you to help us confirm your identity and identify the information you are referring to. This is  to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

How and why we collect personal information:

We collect email addresses from all forms completed on our website and from any cancellations, we do this so we can send marketing information about special offers and other information we believe subscribers may find interesting. The website forms have an opt in box for us, Sauveterre Holidays, to use your information. Unless it is selected we will not use your information and you can change your marketing preferences any time, by emailing us.

We also collect information from each booking, This is for the legitimate interest of providing our service to you and understanding your needs. We have a legal obligation to keep customer records for 7 years, at the end of each year any information over 7 years old is deleted.

The information we may collect:

• Your name and those of other guests in your party
• Contact information including your address, email address, contact numbers
• Your preferences and interests relevant to offers

Who do we share your information with?

We only share customer information for the purpose of providing you accommodation. We share your full name and contact number with the housekeeper, so they can contact you in emergency.  We do not share your information with any one else (except if required by law).
